Revolutionary 7-inch Smartphone-Type HMI Sets New Industry Standard

We’re pleased to announce the launch of our latest Human Machine Interface (HMI) for laser marking machines, marking a significant leap forward in user interaction and operational efficiency. The new HMI, featuring a state-of-the-art 7-inch display, brings a host of innovative features designed to enhance user experience and streamline operations.

The cutting-edge HMI replaces our older model on all machines, with a smartphone-type touch panel, providing users with a more intuitive and responsive interface. The generous 7-inch display offers a spacious platform for seamless navigation and interaction with the laser marking machines. The HMI is engineered with Projected Capacitive (PCAP) glass technology, eliminating the need for multiple layers found in traditional analog resistive technology plastic films.

One of the standout features of the new HMI is its wear-resistant and scratch-resistant properties, thanks to the PCAP glass. This ensures the longevity of the touch panel, making it highly durable for continuous use in industrial settings. This mirrors the heavy-duty nature of our machines, which are constructed with military-grade aluminium and easily withstand knocks, scrapes and heavy use.

With an industry-leading brightness level of 500cd/m2, Lotus Laser’s HMI provides excellent display quality, ensuring optimal visibility for marking and engraving tasks in a range of working conditions. This positions our HMI as an industry leader, making it an ideal choice for businesses seeking precision and efficiency in their laser marking operations.

This new HMI is a testament to our dedication to push the boundaries of technology in the laser marking industry. This upgrade aims to enhance productivity, minimise downtime, and provide an unparalleled user experience in the laser marking industry. Watch the full overview of our HMI below.
