In 1995, Dean Carpenter invested in a brand new technology for his father’s trophy engraving business – a laser engraving machine.

From that moment, the passion for laser technology grew and grew, until after three decades and with three generations in the business, our lasers are better today than ever before.

And every day, we’re meeting people just like that young man in his father’s shop: looking for that brand new technology that’s going to be a game changer for their business, and finding it with us.

Every machine we make is designed and manufactured in our headquarters in the UK. And we choose our components to make a machine that will engrave flawlessly, day in, day out.
 
We know off the shelf lasers vary in quality. So we specify our own OEM lasers that will always give perfect results.
 
We know door cables stretch. So we invest in pneumatics and magnetic limit switches that we know can’t break.
 
That’s how one of our systems from 2019 did over 197,000 door activations last year, with the parts we fitted right from the start.

Powerful software

All our laser solutions include the latest feature enriched software. The Meta range run Lotus Mark 3.0 and the latest Siemens PLC electronics, providing full 3D and 4-axis support, so you can send graphics, or setup more advanced marking jobs quickly and efficiently. Uniquely, with our Meta range, we can also provide bespoke, integrated POS solutions, or custom interfaces for retail or other such environments.

Unlike the alternative print driver type machines, using our software provides far greater compatibility with common industry artwork formats, extra functionality to alter drawings at the laser cutting machine without having to open an expensive graphics package and, best of all, powerful optimisation tools to minimise process times, reduce errors and enhance output quality.

Expert Installation & Training

We’re not in the business of dropping off a box and wishing you well. After installation, our engineers will give your team comprehensive training on how to use the machine, covering applications, safety, and how to get the best from your laser.

 

Any questions you have, they’re on hand to make sure you’re confident the laser will work for your business, every day.

Industry leading after sales support

We’re here to support you for the life of your machine. We have staff trained to P601 LEV accreditation where worker safety is paramount.

We have a range of warranty options to make sure your machine is always in excellent condition, and we even offer Diamond Care: a unique ten year service package that covers parts & labour, offers 48 hour callout times, and much more.

With thousands of machines in the field and with the help of our highly skilled support resources our customers report near zero failures even for machines that have been installed for decade or more, in fact the average lifespan of our systems is over 10 years and counting. We invite you to compare the weight and sturdiness of any of our laser systems to alternatives, you will appreciate that all our models are ‘built like a tank’. We design these machines to last, not only affordable to purchase, meaning that that are extremely low cost to own and maintain.
