Service Plans
Although our lasers are created using high quality components and materials, as with any machine accidents can happen, damaging the laser. That is why we offer a range of service plans which cover you in case of damage and faults. Our various plans will keep you up and running by providing you with support from our expert team as well as preventative maintenance visits to keep your laser in top condition.
Bronze
Our Bronze service plan is the simplest plan, offering fixes for machine faults getting your laser back in working order when you need it most. Our expert support and engineer team will assist you in repairing your machine so you can get back to producing quality products.
Silver
The Silver plan includes the Fault fixing from our Bronze plan however it also includes a thorough maintenance visit so we can take a look at your machine for you and ensure that it is in working order, avoiding potential faults in the future which could lead to down time.
Gold
Our Gold service plan works the same as the Silver plan but instead includes an extra maintenance visit, this additional maintenance check will allows us to take another look at your machine in the future so that you can keep the machine working at peak condition for longer.
Platinum
The Platinum plan Includes everything included in the Gold plan along with one more maintenance check bringing it to 3 comprehensive checks of your laser system. With three checks we will be able to be proactive to avoid many potential faults, greatly reducing the risk of any downtime.
Diamond
Our newest service plan, the Diamond plan, is unique as it is designed to give you peace of mind from the moment you receive your laser system. This plan can extend your warranty for up to 10 years covering both parts and labour.
The Diamond plan comes with two options with either a 2 day response time or a 5 day response time. If your business is reliant on your laser system this makes sure your never down for too long.
Keep in mind that the Diamond plan needs to renewed yearly, if it is not renewed then it is not offered again.
This plan also includes a yearly maintenance check on your machine once again avoiding potential downtime and keeping your machine running in top condition and we will ensure your machine is LEV compliant.
