Laser Marking & Engraving Machines
Our Meta range will fit most requirements, from the ultra-compact desktop nMeta, to our high-performance Meta-C systems (3D as standard).
With its huge 1250x900mm work area and a massive 100w of CO2 laser power, Blu125 is the ideal laser cutter to ensure that almost no job is too large or too long in process time maximising margins, giving the freedom to create more challenging designs as well as increasing the number of users that can gain access to the laser cutter during a single day.

Trusted and loved by thousands of businesses
Built like a tank and built to last, a Blu system will carry on serving your business a decade later. We’re confident if you compare the customer feedback on a Blu laser cutter to alternatives, you’ll appreciate the difference.
Our DC lasers are known to outlast and outperform alternatives. But what sets them apart? There are inconsistencies inherent to DC CO2 lasers so that no two are ever the same, for this reason we thoroughly test every single laser that we source. And if it isn’t up to our standards? We reject it. It’s as simple as that.
Every Blu laser cutting machines is equipped with industrial-grade recirculating water cooling units. Electronically controlled and connected to your machine, this level of cooling helps to increase the lifespan and reliability of your laser cutting machine.
We like to do things differently, that’s why we offer a 2 year warranty as standard on all of our machines. This is a whole extra year compared to industry-standard one-year warranties. What’s more, with the help of our highly skilled support resources our customers report near zero failures even after ten years of use.
We’ve carefully considered every aspect of our machines, including the lamella bed which helps to increase the laser lifespan. Featuring low optical distortion and our own unique underside extraction, it’s worlds apart from alternative laser cutters which feature honeycomb or flat cutting tables that quickly deteriorate.
Take a look at just some of the materials you can work with, with out Blu laser cutters.
The Blu125 laser cutter is our largest enclosed system (Class 2), fitted with precision flying optics and a very generous work area.
At 1250x900mm the working areaWorking Area is almost entirely dependant on the attached lens and laser. However, with our conveyor and XY systems, thi... of Blu125 is significantly larger than competing models in this class and careful consideration of the motion system design make Blu125 a very reliable machine.
The Blu125 is fitted with a 100w DC heavy duty laser. Focusing is motorised at the head and controlled via the software and optics are oversized to provide for consistent beam alignment and accuracy of focus.
Complemented by a standard 2.5” lens, optional lenses of 1.5”, 2” or 4” are also available to provide for a variety of beam profiles and focal point sizes which will cover a wide range of applications.
In every single installation we conduct LEV testing by P601 certified engineers. LEV (Local Extraction and Ventilation) is a set of COSHH regulations that are essential in a workplace or educational setting.
Before your laser cutter is delivered, we help with pre-installation advice to ensure you have the optimum environment for your machine. The combination of our professional delivery staff and the expert training we provide to the owner means they can avoid unnecessary and sometimes costly inconveniences.
We offer unlimited remote (phone/email/Skype) factory support for the lifetime of your Lotus machine as standard. We also have staff on hand for nationwide support and we offer preventative on-site maintenance packages.
Every Blu model comes fully equipped with Lotus Cut CAD/CAM software, which is feature-rich and easy to use. This state-of-the-art software provides greater compatibility with industry artwork formats whilst minimising process times, reducing errors and enhancing output quality.
Peace of mind comes as standard thanks to Blu125’s extensive safety features, installation, training and support.
Our air assisted nosecone is essential to the functionality of the Blu125. It improves edge quality and minimises the risk of fire which is the reason all industrial laser cutters must have such a device. Our air assisted nosecone is unique in that its length is specific to the lens, it also boasts wider diameter hoses to provide higher volumes of air.
For extra peace of mind, you are able to upgrade your warranty to five years for all parts and labour, including the laser. What’s more, we offer preventative on-site maintenance packages which means all owners can tailor support to their individual needs, allowing them to spend more time cutting and less time worrying about their machine.
The Blu125 is not only affordable to purchase, it’s also low cost to own and maintain. With thousands of machines in the field and with the help of our skilled support resources, our customers are thrilled to report near zero failures.
Designed, assembled, configured and tested in the UK to CE and RoHSII regulations and pending certification after testing by the TUV quality authority, Blu DC is a robust laser cutter from a manufacturer with over 20 years experience exclusive to laser cutting, laser engraving and laser marking technology.
