The Meta-D is a 3-Axis Laser Cutter and Engraver, built for high volume at very high speed. It uses our unique 3-Axis beam delivery system and flying optics to allow a massive 800mm x 800mm working area. Fitted with FLIR cameras for precision alignment and capable of housing a galvo CO2 RF laser source of up to 400W, it can seriously upgrade your capabilities.

LEV Certified Installation
With every installation we go the extra mile, conducting LEV testing by P601 certified engineers. LEV (Local Extraction and Ventilation) are a set of COSHH regulations enforced by law for any device that is used to remove potentially harmful contaminants from the workplace. This is a legal requirement in the UK for education and business where employee or student safety is paramount. Find out more on the HSE website.
Unique Lamella Bed
Most laser cutter machines are supplied with Honeycomb or flat cutting tables which quickly deteriorate and require periodic replacement. The lamella bed can hold a heavier weight, does not suffer distortion or cause as much flash back, whilst allowing for our unique underside extraction. This helps increase the laser cutting machine lifespan.
Industrial Grade Cooling
All Blu laser machines are supplied with industrial-grade recirculating water cooling units, which are electronically connected to the laser cutter/engraver and protected by a flow sensor so that in the event the machine is powered on without the cooling unit operating correctly no power is supplied to the laser.
