One of the key features that sets the Rotary V5 apart? Its integrated auto-clamping tailstock. Designed with user convenience in mind, this feature streamlines setup procedures and enables seamless automation, saving valuable time and effort. What’s more, its compatibility with all Rotary V4 attachments ensures that users can effortlessly transition to the new system while retaining the versatility they’ve come to rely on.
The pneumatic tailstock of the Rotary V5 is another game-changer. With its ability to provide a consistent clamping force that can be easily adjusted via the pressure regulator, it’s perfect for handling heavier objects or those requiring precise clamping. This level of control ensures that every engraving job is executed with the utmost accuracy and efficiency.
Inheriting the robust base design of its predecessor, the Rotary V5 boasts a beltless rotary motor and precision gearing, minimising backlash and maximising working lifetime. This is particularly crucial for UV laser systems, where imperfections can be magnified due to the higher resolution. Additionally, the inclusion of dual linear guides ensures smooth and precise travel for both the head and tailstock, further enhancing engraving quality.
Speed of travel can be adjusted directly on the piston, offering even more control over the engraving process. Quick actuation of the tailstock via a button on the headstock body further enhances user convenience.
