Zone Creations produces bespoke, high-quality packaging for many prestige brands and household names.
Most of their packaging is created for premium alcohol brands, however they have also worked on art projects and displays, they have become wel known as one of the most trusted packaging companies, capable of creating unique, inventive packaging concepts.

The Application
Creativity is the goal at Zone Creations, thinking outside the box and using unique materials to create packaging which helps add value to the premium product it contains.
Zone Creations uses multiple lasers to create high precision marks on their products which enhance the products and add to the bespoke feel they have.

The Problem
For quite a while Zone Creations outsourced their metal marking as they only had access to CO2 lasers, this changed when they began to take on more work and sub-contracting the metal marking became an expensive and time consuming process.
Zone Creations found that the companies that they were working with were unable to keep up as they had other customers work as well and they decided it was time to bring metal marking in-house.

The Solution
When searching for the best method of bringing their metal marking in house, Zone Creations got in touch with us and we were able to introduce them to the Meta-C Fibre.
Capable of marking the various metals Zone uses at high speed and precision, the company now had a method of engraving their metal products quickly and at a moments notice.
The Result
After integrating their Meta-C fibre into their production, Zone Creations now has access to many more possibilities when it comes to engraving their metal parts. Being able to begin engraving their products in house allows for a much faster process and new ideas can be experimented with straight away. They have also saved money where they have not had to pay for outsourced production, and they are able to easily meet deadline with how fast their system can engrave.
